Bungalow extension

We were asked to look at refurbishing and extending this bungalow, which was located in the same street as another project that we were working on at the time.

The client had been let down by the previous builder and Liberty design and build were in a position to step in and help immediately.

Hotch potch

The bungalow had undergone several uncoordinated alterations over the years that did’t really work.

Transformation

We extended to the side, built new flat roofs with epdm membrane. We built a new slate roof, Oak porch, Oak door, new flooring throughout, installed a new heating system.
Plastering , decorating , electrics, Monocouche render front and back.

The customer was delighted transformation.

After completion of this job, we were commissioned to start a third project in the same road !
